- SB0013S03 (Sponsored by Senator Howard Stephenson) - This bill amends and extends the renewable energy tax credit. This bill was rolled into SB 223 which provides corporate and individual tax credit incentives for residential and commercial renewable energy systems.
- SB0235 (Sponsored by Senator Gregory Bell) - This bill makes changes to the Energy Resource Procurement Act, allowing a waiver of requirements for solicitation and approval of acquisition or construction of a significant energy resource.
