Telecommunications 101

Gone are the days when consumers had a single wired telephone line connecting them to the outside world. Telecommunications today is a complex industry providing many intertwined services (telephone, television, Internet and wireless products). The Federal Communications Commission provides a good overview of consumer information on many telephone and telecommunications related issues.
